RICHARDS STORY
Richard is a licensed independent buyer’s agent, property specialist and long-term property investor and developer. He specialises in helping property owners add value via small developments.
Richard specialises in the analysis of small developments to increase their value and/or yield.
Richard learned the habit of discipline from his time in the military. During his time in the military Richard worked his day job whilst accumulating properties and growing his property portfolio in his spare time. He spent his evenings and weekends studying property and improving the value of his property portfolio through renovations and developments. He’s become an expert at spotting properties with development potential that others don’t see.
Richard has been sharing his love of property by providing education and networking events for property investors and developers since 2014. Now he is pleased to be offering that experience to everyone as a development manager.
Richard starts his day with movement and exercise, a cold shower, and refining his focus for the day. From here he gets into momentum to focus on those development opportunities, the opportunities that others overlook.
